Yes. All development packages include UI design. We translate your brief or existing brand guidelines into a production-ready design as part of the build. If you already have Figma files you want us to implement, that is welcome too.
Fixed-price projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers and support plans are billed on the 1st of each month. For projects over $20,000 we can structure milestone-based payment schedules.

No. Fixed-price projects are contracted at the quoted price. If you request features outside the agreed scope, we issue a written change order with the additional cost before proceeding. You will never be surprised by an invoice.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount on a second project for returning clients. For early-stage startups (pre-seed or seed), we can discuss deferred payment structures on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your situation and we will find something that works.
We invoice in USD by default. We can also invoice in AED, EUR, or GBP. All transactions are processed via wire transfer or Stripe. Crypto payments are available on request.
We typically have capacity to begin within 1 to 2 weeks of signing a contract. For urgent projects we maintain a priority queue, just contact us and describe the timeline. Rush starts are available at a 15% premium for projects beginning within 72 hours.
You do. Upon final payment, full intellectual property transfers to you. We retain no rights to the code, design, or any deliverable. Our standard contract includes an explicit IP assignment clause you can show to investors or acquirers.
We have a structured revision process built into every engagement. If deliverables genuinely do not meet the agreed specification, we fix them at no additional cost. In the rare case of a fundamental breakdown, our contracts include a mediation clause and a partial refund provision for work not delivered to spec.
Yes, without hesitation. We sign NDAs before discovery calls if requested. Our standard engagement contract includes mutual confidentiality clauses. If you have a company-specific NDA template, send it over and we will review it before the first meeting.
