Every project delivered by wizCode comes with automatic post-launch support. No plan required. No extra contract. For the first 30 days after delivery, we fix any bugs introduced by our work at zero cost. It is built into every engagement by default.

Beyond the warranty window, clients who built with us get priority access to our support team. Because the engineer assigned to your support plan is often the same engineer who built your product, there is no onboarding time, no codebase learning curve, and no knowledge handoff. External Codebases

Not built by us? We can still help.

Whether your product was built in-house, by a previous agency, or by a freelancer, our team can take it on. We spend the first two weeks on a paid onboarding and reading the codebase, running the tests, and understanding the architecture. Only then we move into a standard support plan.

Codebase Onboarding

$1,500 one-time fee. Two-week deep-dive into your existing codebase. Delivered with a written assessment, risk summary, and recommended support tier.

Consultant Plans

Flexible hourly or retainer consulting for projects that need guidance, code review, or architectural input without ongoing maintenance coverage.
